Acrylic copolymer is an emulsion-based, transparent primer.. Specific features: It adheres perfectly to the surface it is used on. Creates an elastic layer on the surface, ensures good adhesion of the paint to the surface. It prevents the formation of bubbles on the surface after painting and reduces paint consumption. Areas of use: It is used on all internal and external surfaces. It is used on concrete, plaster, brick and other old and new surfaces. Also used on all plastered, synthetic and emulsion painted and plastic putty surfaces. Method of use: Before starting to use "Palitro Binder", the surface must be completely free of adhesion-inhibiting substances such as oil, dust and sand. Wait 21 days (at 20°C) on newly plastered surfaces. During use, 1-size binder is diluted with 7-size water and applied to the surface with a brush and roller. At the time of use, the temperature should be above +5°C, and the humidity should be below 80%.
